What isn’t in the price
To be clear about other possible costs:
- Texts and calls: your own Twilio account, or your shop’s Android phone plan.
- Card payments: the processing fees of your Stripe account, and card readers if you want them.
- Parts: what you buy from your suppliers (PartsTech, eBay, Car-Part.com or others).
- Several locations: one subscription per location.
How the trial works
- 30 days, every feature, no card (the AI allowance is smaller during the trial).
- Subscribe monthly or yearly when you’re ready, from the billing settings.
- Without a subscription the account becomes read-only: everything stays viewable and exportable for 60 days.
- Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial includes every feature, with no card. You add a payment method only if you decide to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
Subscribe monthly or yearly to keep going. If you don’t, your account becomes read-only: you can see and export everything. Your data is kept for 60 days, then deleted after a reminder.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you can export all your data before you go.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Canadian dollars for shops in Canada, US dollars elsewhere. Applicable taxes (GST/HST, QST, PST or US sales tax) are added to the price.
Do you charge per user?
No. A subscription covers one location and its whole team: owners, advisors, technicians and bookkeepers.
I have several shops. How does that work?
Each location has its own subscription and its own data, and you can link them to compare them, share customers and parts, and keep prices in step.
What if a payment fails?
We tell you and try again. After 7 days the account becomes read-only until it’s paid — your data isn’t touched.
Are text messages included?
The messaging tools are. Texts go through your own Twilio account or your shop’s Android phone, and are billed by them under your plan.
