Which systems can I import from?
Any system that exports CSV, Excel or JSON files — including Tekmetric, Shopmonkey, Mitchell 1, Protractor, GEM-CAR, Garage Partner Pro, Shop-Ware, NAPA TRACS, QuickBooks and plain spreadsheets.
Will I lose my history?
No. Past visits become paid repair orders in MyGaragio, so each customer’s history, service reminders and reports are there from day one.
What if I import twice?
Re-running the same files adds nothing twice: existing customers are matched by phone, email or name and only filled in. Undo removes what an import added, and keeps anything you’ve used since.
